WE Fest is one of the largest outdoor country music and camping festivals in the nation and it's held in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota! Make plans to attend the big 30-year celebration in 2012 with country greats Alabama, Toby Keith and Jason Aldean headlining the event! Park and Ride to WE Fest
The Shuttle Bus runs a continuous loop to the West Gate at the WE Fest grounds. WE Fest gates open at 2:00 pm daily. Simply park your vehicle for free at the Fairgrounds or the lower level Parking Lot on the west side of Washington Square Mall, purchase a pass and ride the shuttle bus to the West Gate at WE Fest. The Shuttle Buses run continuously from 10 am-2 am each day to minimize waiting. Unlimited rides to and from WE Fest grounds with a Day Pass. Sponsored by the Detroit Lakes Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Shuttle Route:
Detroit Lakes FAIRGROUNDS, 2 blocks from the beach at 1310 Rossman Avenue to downtown at NORBY'S DEPT STORE, 823 Washington Avenue to WE FEST WEST GATE, back to FAIRGROUNDS. Free parking at Fairgrounds/Peoples Park and behind Washington Square Mall in the lower level Parking Lot.
2011 Shuttle Bus Pass Cost
Purchase passes with cash.
One-day pass: $6.00
Three-day wristband: $14.00
Present your pass each time you board the shuttle bus. Campers ride the shuttle free each day from 10 am-6 pm with a valid campground wristband.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Fairgrounds Booth: 10 am-10:30 pm
Norby's (Washington Avenue): 10 am-10 pm
WE Fest Info Booth: 2 pm-11 pm

Tickets and Wristbands at the Fairgrounds available only with cash.
Get in the WE Fest Concert Bowl faster! Get your tickets at the Fairgrounds booth. Have tickets? Exchange your WE Fest one day ticket for a handstamp and three day tickets for a wristband at the Fairgrounds Info Booth! Before boarding the bus, riders need a shuttle pass, and a wristband or hand stamp to get into WE Fest.
Hotel/Motel Shuttle
Guests at Country Inn & Suites, The Lodge on Lake Detroit, Holiday Inn, Budget Host Inn, AmericInn Lodge & Suites and Best Western Plus Holland House may purchase a 3-day ticket for $30 cash from the shuttle driver. Bus #15 runs an hourly loop starting at 1 pm each day. Thursday and Friday the shuttle stops at the Fairgrounds to exchange tickets for wristbands to provide quicker entry at the WE Fest concert bowl. Unlimited rides on Bus #15 to and from your hotel daily.
10 pm-1:30 am: During these hours, to return to your hotel, board ANY Anderson/Frazee-Vergas bus at WE Fest and transfer at the Fairgrounds to Bus #15.
Will Call Tickets
Will Call tickets may be picked up at the WE Fest West Gate by arranging it ahead of time.
ATM Machines
ATM machines are available on the WE Fest grounds near West Gate, East Gate, VIP back stage info booth, Ranch House Saloon and Barn stage picnic area.
