WE Fest Country Music Festival
WE Fest Country Music and Camping Festival is gearing up for their 42nd annual event in Detroit Lakes August 7 – 9, 2025.
WE Fest announced their 2025 lineup, above, for a fun outdoor concert and camping getaway in lakes country! Returning WE Fest features from last year include an expanded VIP experience with a West VIP bar, access to Prancing Pony passes, and improved access to reserved seats. Exciting new additions for 2025 include a NEW side stage in the concert bowl with more music programming, the Trading Post Saloon, and a redeveloped Upper Grandstand deck.

2024 Information, watch for updates in 2025:
Shuttle: The Detroit Lakes Regional Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with WE Fest, provides a shuttle service from Detroit Lakes to WE Fest West Gate. Since parking is limited at the concert site and to lessen traffic delays, the Shuttle is the most convenient and economical transportation to the West Gate concert bowl.
Noon to 2:00 am: The Shuttle Buses run a continuous loop to the West Gate at the WE Fest grounds. There are multiple buses running for a quicker arrival at West Gate. WE Fest gates open at 2:00 pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Park your vehicle for free at the Fairgrounds, purchase a pass and ride the shuttle bus to the West Gate at WE Fest. Unlimited rides to and from WE Fest grounds with a Day Pass.
Shuttle Route: Detroit Lakes Fairgrounds located 2 blocks from the beach at 1310 Rossman Avenue to WE Fest West Gate, back to fairgrounds. Free day parking at Fairgrounds/Peoples Park.
Shuttle Pass/Wristband: Purchase passes with cash. Unlimited rides to and from WE Fest West Gate to the Fairgrounds. Show your pass/wristband each time you board the shuttle bus. With a valid WE Fest campground wristband, campers ride the shuttle free each day.
1 day pass: $10.00
3 day wristband: $25.00
Fairgrounds booth hours: Noon-10:30 pm
Hotel Shuttle schedule: Guests at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Best Western Premier The Lodge on Lake Detroit, Holiday Inn Lakefront, AmericInn Lodge & Suites, Quality Inn & Suites and Fairfield by Marriott may ride the Anderson Bus shuttle to and from their hotel to WE Fest. Guests at neighboring hotels/motels may board the Anderson Bus shuttle at these locations. Wristbands giving you unlimited transportation for the entire WE Fest concert may be purchased from the driver for $60 for 3 days, $25 for 1 day. Anderson Bus runs a loop to WE Fest West Gate every half hour starting at 1:00 pm each day. The shuttle schedule will be posted in the hotel lobby. Return directly to your hotel on the Anderson Bus shuttle through 1:30 am.
