Dick Beardsley 25k, 1/2 Marathon, 10k and 5k

Looking for an energizing, fall run? Slip on your running shoes and come to Detroit Lakes Minnesota to celebrate 27 years of the Dick Beardsley Half Marathon, 25k, 10k and 5k runs. Most races treat you to scenic views of Detroit Lake with cheering fans to keep you moving along. Plus, the LEGENDARY Dick Beardsley comes home every September to welcome runners from around the country to run in this fall classic! 

The 27th event takes place Saturday, September 9, 2023 from headquarters Kent Freeman Sports Arena on Rossman Avenue. When you pick up your race packet Friday evening be sure to join the fun at the pasta feed and Dick Beardsley’s presentation.
